About
We hail from Elko New Market, Lakeville, Northfield, Prior Lake and other towns south of the river. We love to run and want to encourage others in their running journey. We run Saturday mornings (7/8 a.m.) at various locations, generally in the south metro (Lakeville/Prior Lake area). We have a wide range of paces from 7 min/mile up to 12 min/mile and also welcome walk-run runners and walkers. Distances vary depending on weather, energy levels, training season, etc., but generally at least 4-5 miles, usually longer. If some want to go shorter, we'll choose an out-and-back route or a route that allows for multiple distances. We welcome spontaneous invitations for runs among group members on the Facebook page.
