Race Description

• Course: A 5K on a shorter version of the NorFEAST 4 Miler course, along the Northeast Philadelphia Airport bike path.
• Turn Around: The turn around will be near Avalon Street along Academy Road.

Packet Pick-Up and Registration

• Time: Packet Pick-Up begins at 7:30 AM outside Northeast SkateZone.
• Start Time: The race doesn’t start until 11:00 AM, so you can sleep in on Saturday.
• Facilities: Bathroom facilities are at Philadelphia Soccer Fields, just down the street.
• Souvenir: Soup mugs & spoons for all though some late registrants might have to wait for a second production run.

Awards and Medals

• Finishers: In keeping with the tradition of races at this location, themed medals will be given out, but they will not be traditional race finisher medals.
• Categories: Gridiron themed awards for the top three men and women overall and in various age groups.
• Age Groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+ Women, 60-69 Men, 70+ Men.
• Note: Age groups may be altered depending on registration demographics.

Post Race Information

• Open Skate: SkateZone is currently closed due to emergency repairs: there will be no public skate on race day.
• Weather Policy: The Race Director reserves the right to alter or shorten the course due to weather and/or conditions of the road.
• Text Alerts: Sign up during registration to receive text messages concerning the race.
