Race Overview
We are so excited to be back with our 4th of July celebration run to be held July 4, 2027.
Join us for this fun July 4th race in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge.
Location
- Start and Finish: Blue Ridge Sip and Play/Angry Hops - 342 E Main St, Blue Ridge, GA 30513.
- Centrally Located: The race is located between two amazing local businesses in Blue Ridge.
- Nearby Attractions: Check out Blue Ridge Sip and Play for some playtime with your pup and Angry Hops Brewing for a sampling of their amazing brews!
Packet Pickup
- Suggested Pickup Dates: Early bib pickup is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED on JULY 2nd or 3rd.
- New This Year: Additional bib pickup on July 2nd from 4-6:30 PM at Angry Hops, 341 East Main Street, Blue Ridge.
- July 3rd Pickup: From 2-5:30 PM at Angry Hops Brewery, 341 East Main Street, Blue Ridge.
- Race Day Pickup: On July 4 from 6:00 AM - 7:15 AM at Angry Hops, 341 East Main Street, Blue Ridge.
Post-Race Festivities
- Doggie Water Station: Sip and Play will have a doggie water station for our furry runners.
- Hydration for Runners: Sip and Play will be selling mimosas and bloody Mary’s after the race.
- Angry Hops: Open after the race to serve our thirsty runners some of their amazing beers!
Registration Details
- Online Registration: Open through July 4 at 7:15 AM. All registration is online: no walk-up registration available.
- Text Results: Please register to receive a text message of your results. Results will be online during the race.
- Discounts: Discount pricing for children under 10.
- Strollers and Dogs: Strollers and dogs are welcome at the back of the pack on race day.
Awards
- Spirited Runner Awards: Most creative red, white and blue dressed runners.
- Awards Ceremony: 1st through 3rd for overall male and female, masters male and female, and age groups in five year increments.
- Ceremony Timing: Awards ceremony will begin at approximately 8:30 AM.
- Walkers Welcome: Walkers are always welcome!
