Event Overview
We are so excited to be back with our 4th of July celebration run to be held July 4, 2027.
Join us for this fun July 4th race in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge. Our race is centrally located between two amazing local businesses in Blue Ridge. Check out Blue Ridge Sip and Play, a fun place to take your pup for some playtime, and also stop in at Angry Hops Brewing for a sampling of their amazing brews!
Bib Pickup Details
- Early Pickup: July 2nd or 3rd is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We are expecting record crowds to celebrate America's 250th.
- Packet Pickup: NEW THIS YEAR: Additional bib pickup added July 2nd from 4-6:30 at Angry Hops, 341 East Main Street, Blue Ridge.
- July 3rd Pickup: 2-5:30 pm at Angry Hops Brewery, 341 East Main Street, Blue Ridge. Angry Hops has lots of fun planned for our runners who pick up early.
- Race Day Pickup: July 4 from 6:00 am - 7:15 am at Angry Hops, 341 East Main Street, Blue Ridge.
Race Day Information
- Location: The race start and finish is located at Blue Ridge Sip and Play/Angry Hops - 342 E Main St, Blue Ridge, GA 30513.
- Registration: Online registration will be open through July 4 at 7:15 a.m. All registration is online. No walk-up registration or cash registration.
- Hydration Stations: Sip and Play will have a doggie water station: mimosas and bloody Mary’s will be sold after the race.
- Awards Ceremony: Awards will be given for 1st through 3rd for overall male and female, masters male and female, and age groups in five year increments, beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Additional Information
- Spirited Runner Awards: Most spirited runner awards will be given to our most creative red, white, and blue dressed runners.
- Discounts: Discount pricing for children under 10.
- Strollers: Strollers welcome at the back of the pack.
- Dogs: Dogs are welcome at the back of the pack and are not allowed in the registration/packet pickup line on race day.
Important Reminders
Please register to receive a text message of your results. Results will be online during the race.
July 2nd or 3rd bib pickup is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
