About this race
Race Overview
UltraTrax is back at Greek Peak for an awesome day of challenge and fun! Experience a forest-forged trek through Greek Peak’s rolling ridges and quiet hardwood glades. The route winds along shaded single-track, creek-cut valleys, and steady ridge climbs with glimpses across the Finger Lakes foothills. Push your pace. Carry your weight. Move with the pack.
Distance Options
- Choose your distance: 7, 14, 21, or 28 miles
- Time limit: Complete in 10 hours to earn the coveted UltraTrax Grey Wolf Medal
- Challenge yourself: Toss on a 10, 20, or 35-lb weighted vest or ruck
- Aid stations: The course will be extremely well marked with well-stocked aid stations
Trek Day Information
UltraTrax Greek Peak kicks off at 7am on May 1, 2027. The starting line will be open from 7am to 10am. It is not a race, but it is a timed event and walkers will have 10 hours to complete the course. Bibs can be mailed or picked up the morning of the event. IF YOU REGISTER AFTER 4/10/27, BIBS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON. A friend or relative can pick up a bib if you can't attend.
- Weight requirement: If you signed up to carry weight, you will need to bring your own vest/backpack.
- Weight check: We will weigh it the morning of the event.
- Non-perishables only: Everything counts toward the total except perishable items.
- Parking: Complimentary parking is available onsite.
Finishers' Rewards
Finishers will receive a custom t-shirt, UltraTrax patch, and medal (this year all levels qualify to earn a medal!). Refreshments and food for purchase will be available after the trek.
