Anime Fan and Fitness Festival

Race Update

• Important Start Time: Please note that the 5K race start time has changed. The 5K will now begin at 9:00 a.m. (previously scheduled for 9:15 a.m.).
• Start Together: Both the 5K and 10K participants will start together at 9:00 a.m. in the same corral.
• Course Direction: Once the race begins, runners will follow their respective 5K or 10K course.
• Thank You: Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you on race day!

Event Overview

• Festival Date: Join us for our second annual Anime Fan and Fitness Festival in Gilroy, CA on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
• Event Offerings: We will be bringing back our Anime Fan and Fitness Festival 5k Run and Walk, as well as adding the Anime Fan and Fitness Festival 10k run and the Little Ninja Dash!
• Who Should Join: Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, a dedicated fitness enthusiast, a creative cosplayer, or a passionate anime fan, this festival was made just for you.
• Cosplay Encouraged: Cosplay is highly encouraged, so suit up as your favorite character and celebrate anime culture!

Celebration After the Race

• Victory Village: After crossing the finish line, stick around at Victory Village to celebrate and support small businesses.
• Local Bites and Performers: Enjoy some local bites and cheer on our local performers.
• Fandom Anime Quest: Participate in our Fandom Anime Quest where you can complete a series of challenges.
• Initial Mile Warrior Badge: Earn our Initial Mile Warrior Badge through completing challenges.

Little Ninja Dash Details

• Registration Fee: Registration is FREE but must register your little ninja by August 30 to receive a finisher award.
• Registration Benefits: Each Registration Comes With:
• Race Timing: Official race timing results from SVE Timing.
• Finisher Medal: Finisher wooden medal.

Beneficiary

• Charity Support: Portions of proceeds from our 5k and 10k registrations will benefit the County of Santa Clara Animal Services.
