Berthoud Gastro-Dash 10k

The Berthoud Gastro-Dash 10K is not just a footrace; it’s an epic, hilarious test of both speed and stomach, challenging runners to tackle a 6.2-mile course punctuated by mandatory food consumption directly from Berthoud’s finest local kitchens and small businesses. We invite runners from across the Front Range and beyond to descend upon our charming "Garden Spot of Colorado" for a day of spirited competition, scenic views, and inevitable indigestion. Along the course runners will get to try bites and drinks from our local eatery’s. 

By lacing up for the Dash, every participant directly invests in the heart of Berthoud, transforming their sweat and struggle into vital support for the small businesses that give our town its unique, delicious flavor.
