The Real Life 5K/10K

Experience a one-of-a-kind race at Retama Park — one of only four live horse racing tracks in Texas — where you’ll run (or walk) the same turf course as the horses.

Race Experience

• Status: THIS YEAR'S RACE IS 100% SOLD OUT
• Registration: There will be NO Race Day registration available
• Course: Certified 5K & 10K courses (10K is two loops of the 5K course)
• Timing: Professional chip timing by IAAP

• Hat: Performance running hat for all fundraisers*
• Announcer: Live announcements by Gladys Ornelas
• Awards: 5-year age group awards (by gender) for competitive divisions
• Medals: Custom finisher medals for all finishers

• Party: Post-race party featuring DJ Paul

*Runners MUST donate $25 or more in order to receive reward
