Bulldogs On The Run 5K & Bark

Event Overview

• Event Date: October 4, 2025
• Location: 649 Riverside Drive, Orangeburg, SC 29115

• Mission: Promote health and fitness while supporting students at South Carolina State University.

Race Details

• 5K Course: A 3.1 mile route in downtown Orangeburg, starting at Edisto Memorial Garden.
• Bark Route: A 1.0 mile out-and-back route along the outskirts of the 5K route.
• Packet Pickup: Available for friends and family on October 3 (5:00pm - 7:30pm) and October 4 (6:30am - 7:05am).
• T-Shirt: Participants registering by September 24 will receive a t-shirt - polyester for 5K and cotton for Bark participants.

Awards and Medals

• Finisher Medals: All 5K participants will receive a custom medal.
• Age Group Awards: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in male and female categories.
• Age Groups: Divided into categories from 0-14 up to 70+.
• Medals: Awarded to all participants crossing the finish line.

• Timing: Partnered with Simply Timing for accurate race times.
• Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• First Aid: Medical tent will be available at the finish line for emergencies.
• Weather Policy: Races held rain or shine, with no refunds for cancellations due to weather.
