Event Overview

• Organization: Spreading Help Around You is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2014 in honor of Shaylyn Anela Pinoliar.
• Mission: To help families who have lost a loved one, educate them on preparedness during loss, and provide community service.
• Awards: This year, we proudly launched the SHAY Scholarship Program to support education and empower future leaders.
• Tradition: Each year since Shaylyn’s passing, an Annual 5k Run/Walk takes place to honor her memory.

• Registration: Join or create a team!
• Special Rate: Children 10 and under receive a special rate automatically during registration.

• Age Group Awards: Awards for our timed 5k participants.
• First 100 Participants: Receive a Custom Finisher's Medal!

• Packet Pickup: Friday, November 27, 2026 at Delano Chamber of Commerce, 931 High St, Delano, Ca 93215, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Event Schedule: Saturday, November 28, 2026
• Late Packet Pickup/Registration: 8:00 AM
• 5k Start Time: 9:00 AM

Amenities

• Event T-Shirt: All participants receive an event T-shirt.
• Custom Finisher's Medallion: Awarded to every participant.
• Race Bib: Participants will receive a race bib with dynamically assigned numbers.
• Age Group Awards: Competitors are eligible for age group awards.
