Capital City Race

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Capital City Race is dedicated to Mental Health Awareness and is in memory of Jared Palmer, who lost his life to mental illness in November 2021. There are multiple routes available, including 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon courses showcasing numerous landmarks around the Capital City. This event will start at the Jefferson City Capitol at 7:00 AM on May 9, 2026. Come out and walk, jog, or sprint with us. Join the fun and celebrate Mental Health Awareness!

💲 Registration Details

• Cost: Registration cost varies depending on your race selection.
• Included: Registration includes one t-shirt, medal, bib, and swag bag!
• Pre-packet Pick-up: Will be held on May 8, 2026 from 4:00-6:00 PM.
• Race Day Pick-up: Packet pick-up and registration will start at 5:30 AM at the Missouri State Capitol.

👕 Important Dates

• Registration Deadline: T-shirts will only be guaranteed for those who register BEFORE May 1, 2026.
• Event Date: May 9, 2026 at 7:00 AM.
• Pre-packet Pick-up: May 8, 2026 from 4:00-6:00 PM.
• Race Day: Starts at 5:30 AM at the Missouri State Capitol.
