For 10 years, this has been the race of choice for your pre-Halloween fun! The famous Cats & Bats 5K is once again in ABERDEEN! Spend your #HalloweeninAberdeen

📅 Event Details

• Date: Saturday, October 25th
• Time: 8:00 am start time
• Location: Festival Park, Aberdeen, MD
• Course: USATF Certified Course - view map here

👟 Race Options

• In-Person 5K: Group live event and also offers a Virtual 5K component.
• Virtual 5K: $35 per person, allowing you to complete the distance your way.
• One Mile Fun Run: $25 per person, with a price increase to $30 on October 1.
• Rain or Shine: This is a Rain or Shine event! No refunds will be offered.

🏅 Registration Fees

• 5K Live Run: $30 per person until September 30, 2025: increases to $35 on September 1.
• Virtual 5K: $35 per person to receive swag and medal by mail.
• One Mile Fun Run: $25 per person, with race shirt included.
• Packet Pickup: Starts at 6:30 am on race day under the pavilion.

🎖️ Awards & Prizes

• Medals: Overall Male and Female Winners will receive medals.
• Age Group Awards: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place across various age groups.
• Finisher's Medal: Every participant receives a Custom Commemorative Finisher's Medal.
• Winners Announcement: Award winners to be announced on-site.

Our run will benefit The National PTSD Foundation, a 501(c)3 that works to support our local first responders who suffer from this affliction.
