For 10 years, this has been the race of choice for your pre-Halloween fun! The famous Cats & Bats 5K is once again in ABERDEEN! Spend your #HalloweeninAberdeen

📅 Event Details

• Date: SATURDAY, October 25th
• Start Time: 8:00 am
• Location: Festival Park, Aberdeen, MD

👟 Race Options

• In-Person 5K: Planning a Group, In-Person run, along with a Virtual 5K option.
• Virtual 5K: For those who cannot attend the live race or prefer to race solo.
• Packet Pickup: Begins on race morning at 6:30 am, under the pavilion.
• Early Pickup: Details for early packet pickup to be announced.

💵 Race Fees

• 5K - Live Run or Walk: $30 per person (through September 30, 2025) – includes chip timing, shirt, and race medal. Price increases to $35 on September 1, 2025, and $40 on race day.
• Virtual 5K Race: $35 per person – receipt of race bib, shirt, and medal via mail.
• One Mile Fun Run: $25 per person – includes race shirt, with price rising to $30 on October 1 and $35 on race day.
• Weather Policy: This is a Rain or Shine event: no refunds offered.

👕 Custom Event Shirt

Please register by 10/15 to guarantee your shirt size choice. Registration after this date may not guarantee your desired size.

Come on out to beautiful Festival Park in Aberdeen, MD, and participate in the ONLY 5K to feature a Custom Commemorative Finisher's Medal for all participants. Registration is open but we expect a sellout crowd. We'll see YOU at the Cats & Bats 5K!

This race is owned, managed, and professionally timed by Blue Cheetah Sports Timing, LLC. Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds for any reason.
