💻 Virtual Option

• Switch to Virtual: If you can't make it on race day, let us know prior to race time to switch to virtual.
• Deadline: Notify us by 9 am on 10/25 to guarantee shirts or medals.
• Mailing Fee: A $7.00 fee will apply to all virtual switches.
• Details: Complete the distance on your day, place, and time for the virtual race.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Date: Race morning begins at 6:30 am under the pavilion.
• Early Pickup: Details for early packet pickup are below.
• Info: Mailing option for packets available this year ($7.00).

💰 Race Fees

• Live 5K: $30 per person through September 30, 2025. Price increases to $35 on September 1, 2025, and $40 on race day if spots are available.
• Virtual 5K: $35 per person for swag & brag if you can't attend the race.
• One Mile Fun Run: $25 per person, includes a race shirt. Price increases to $30 on October 1, race day registration is $35.
• Weather Policy: This is a Rain or Shine event! No refunds will be offered for weather or other reasons.

🏅 Awards

• Medals: Awards for overall Male and Female Winners, along with age group awards for first, second, and third place.
• Age Groups: Categories include 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Notification: Winners will be announced on-site. Check your results and stick around if you win!

• Charity: The run will benefit The National PTSD Foundation, a 501(c)3 that supports our local first responders.
