Pre-Race Information

• Packet Pick-Up: Available from 3 - 6:30 PM Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at The GYM.
• Race Day Check-In: Available 6:30 - 7:45 AM at the start/finish line in front of the Whalehead Club.
• Fun Run Start: 8:00 AM
• 5k Race Start: 8:15 AM

Awards and Hospitality

• Post-Race Hospitality: Available from 8:50 - 9:30 AM
• Awards: Top 3 Male/Female overall, Top 3 Overall Masters (Over 40), 1st place each age group at 5-year increments
• Field Limits: 5k/1 Mile Field Limit: 500, Fun Run Limit: 100
• Event Fee: Adults $50, Military $45, 17 Under $45, Fun Run $30 (10 & Under 1/4 Mile)

Event Details

• Community Spirit: This event is a family and community event in the spirit and fellowship of the holiday.
• Course Support: Bicycle lead, Course Marshals, Turn Arrows, and a water stop at the Half-way.
• Inclusivity: Open to Runners, Walkers, Wheel Chair participants, and Stroller/Jogger participants.
• Food Drive: In the spirit of Thanksgiving, canned goods/non-perishable food items will be collected for the local Food Bank.
