- Blue Ridge Area Food Bank: Services Central Virginia and is affiliated with Feeding America.
- Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry: Provides food assistance to families in need, largest distributor from the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank in Charlottesville.
- Impact: A third of visiting households receive assistance twice a month.
🏃♂️ Registration Details
- Cost: $35 starting September 1.
- Inclusions: T-shirt for those who register by October 26 while supplies last.
- Options: Participate as an individual or in teams for cumulative time competitions.
⏱️ Timing and Support
- Chip Timing: Provided by Blue Ridge Timing.
- Packet Pickup: Hosted by Connect Church.
📅 Packet Pickup Schedule
- Tuesday, Nov. 25: 3 PM - 6 PM at Connect Church, 2080 Lambs Rd.
- Wednesday, Nov. 26: 1 PM - 5 PM at Connect Church.
- Race Day: 7:45 AM - 8:30 AM at Albemarle High School main track entrance.
🚫 Policies and Guidelines
- No Refunds: No race refunds or deferrals.
- No Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the race course.
- Stroller Policy: Allowed only in the last wave: compliance required for future events.
👨⚕️ Medical Support
- EMT Services: Local Albemarle EMT medical services will be on site to assist.
- Community Support: Thanks to all sponsors, partners, and volunteers.

- Availability: Complete your 5k anywhere between November 27-30, 2025.
