Clarksburg Country Run

Event Overview

• Details: Please join us for the 60th Annual Clarksburg Country Run. Break away from the city and enjoy some small town hospitality.
• Distances: This event offers a variety of race distances and you can enjoy a complimentary meal after the race.
• Finishers Medal: To celebrate our 60th event, all finishers will receive a belt-buckle style medal that celebrates sixty years of the event and running through the agricultural lands of Clarksburg.

Race Entries

• Available Distances: 5K, 10K, Half, and 30K entries will receive a post-race beer sample.
• T-Shirt Options: Choice of a DryBlend long sleeve shirt (available in unisex sizes) or a 100% polyester long sleeve shirt (additional fee).
• Opt-Out: Don’t want a t-shirt? Opt-out and save $5.00.
• Inclusions: Entries include a bib/timing, finisher medal, eligibility for awards, and a post-race meal.

Kids Fun Run

• Details: The Kids Fun Run is non-competitive and not timed.
• What You Get: All entrants will receive a bib, finisher medal, and a post-race meal.
• T-Shirt Option: Add on a long sleeve DryBlend t-shirt for $8.00.

Packet Pick Up

• Pre-Race Pickup: Race packets (bib and shirt) can be picked up before the race on Saturday, October 31 - time and place TBA.
• Race Day Pickup: Bibs can be picked up at the race site beginning at 6:30 am.
• In-Person Registration: Available during the same time as race day pickup.
• Arrive Early: Arrive one hour before your race start if picking up on event morning.

Refund and Transfer Policy

• Non-Refundable: All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event or another athlete.
• Events Proceed: The event happens rain or shine.
• Race Insurance: Available to participants but is not required.
• Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or postpone the event due to safety concerns.

Start Times

• 30K: 8:00 a.m.
• Kids Runs: 8:10 a.m.
• Half Marathon: 8:30 a.m.
• 5K/10K: 8:45 a.m. (Course cut-off time is 12:30 p.m.)

Results and Awards

• Online Results: Results will be available on the internet during the event at results.changeofpace.com.
• QR Code Access: QR codes will be posted around the venue for quick access to results via smartphone.
• Award Pickup: Awards will be available for pick up on site: they will not be mailed.
• Scoring: The 30K, 10K, and 5K will be scored based on Net time: the Half Marathon will be scored by Gun time.
