Strollin' For The Colon 5K & 1 Mile Walk

9:00 am.  Join us for a fun, meaningful race starting at the historic Richlands Railroad Forman’s Section House! Sponsored by Clinch Valley Health, this unique event invites runners and walkers of all ages to dash through a giant colon—a creative and eye-catching way to raise awareness about the rising rates of colon cancer and digestive diseases, even among younger people. All donations benefit the Clinch Valley Auxiliary, supporting local health and wellness initiatives. Come out, get moving, laugh a little, and help promote prevention, early detection, and healthier lives in our community.
