Get Lucky 10K and Half Marathon Run/Walk

Online registration is now closed but you can still register for the race at packet pick up today from 4- at Run With It or at Ferry Park before race start on Sunday morning.

7:30am, Sunday March 15.  What a great way to start your St. Paddy's Day celebration!  Get ready for the 7th annual Get Lucky Half Marathon in Ft. Walton Beach Florida!  Last year we will added a 10K Run/Walk.  Try your luck on this fast and flat yet challenging 10K or Half Marathon course through the scenic neighborhoods of downtown Fort Walton Beach.  Race start and end is at the Ferry Park on Ferry Rd.  There are 2 aid stations on the course for the 10k and 3 aid stations on the half marathon course .  There is a 3 hour time limit for walkers, the course will close at 10:30am.  All runners and walkers will recieve an awesome finisher's medal!  This is a rain or shine event.  There are no refunds for any reason.

The afterparty and awards ceremony will be held at Ferry Park Pavillions.  Beer, soft drinks and food is provided for all registered runners.  

Awards for Runners: Overall Male and Female, Master, Grandmaster and Senior Grandmaster Male and Female 3 deep in 5 year age groups.
Awards for Walkers: Top 3 Overall Male and Female.
Finishers medals are guaranteed for the first 75 people registered in each race that finish so sign up early.

Plus a cool t-shirt, and a fun after party to celebrate St. Paddy's Day and your accomplishment!

 

Event details and schedule

Packet pick up will be held--

-Friday, March 13, from 4pm to 6:00pm at Run With It located at 21 Racetrack Road NE FWB. 

-Sunday, March 15 on race day at Ferry Park from 6:00 to 7:15am.  Race starts at 7:30am.
