• Kids Dash: 50-meter untimed dash (Ages 10 & under). Includes a race tee, medal, and exclusive Kids Dash recognition pin.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: For all ages and experience levels (untimed).
• 5K (3.11 miles): Chip timed.
• Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles): Chip timed.
• Half Marathon (13.1 miles): Chip timed.

Standard Age Group Awards

• 1st Masters (40+): Male & Female – Recognition Pin

Top 3 in each age group receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze pins

Event Schedule

• 5:30 AM – 6:40AM: Packet Pickup ends 20 minutes before the race starts! Grab your bib, shirt, and any pre-ordered swag.
• 6:50 AM: Costume Contest. Strut your stuff as your favorite hero or villain before the race begins!
• 6:55 AM: Kids Dash. Our little Yeti heroes take center stage!
• 7:00 AM: National Anthem & Race Start. Time to hit the course and decide your destiny—Hero or Villain!

Post-Race Festivities

• Live results and awards ceremony
• DJ playing all the hits
• Bigfoot Trophy & age group awards presentation
• Snacks and refreshments at the Race Rally Tent

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Then Run (5K Distance Only): Be part of the action and run the 5K! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.

Volunteer Then Run Schedule:

• Arrive 1.5 hours early to help with packet pickup
• Run the 5K
• Help hand out awards post-race
• Limited to first 5 sign-ups only.

Full Race Volunteer (Non-Running Role)

Perfect for those who want to help but not run this time. Volunteers will not participate in the race and receive:

• Bigfoot race shirt
• VIP race access
• Choice of a FREE future race entry or $20 Amazon digital gift card
• All volunteers check in at the Registration Tent 1.5 hours before start time.

Volunteer Roles & Ratings

• Water Station: Keep cups filled and cheer on runners! Rating: Chill position with great interaction.
• Course Monitors: Located at key safety points. Rating: Fun and exciting — right in the action.
• Finish Line Helper: Assist with medals and cheering finishers. Rating: Easy and fun — at the heart of the celebration.
• Turtle / Sweeper: Support the final participant. Rating: Slightly physical — rewarding and great exercise.
• Packet Pickup / Results: Distribute bibs and shirts. Rating: Busy before start, fun and relaxed after.
• Floater: Assist wherever needed. Rating: Super easy and fun.
• Lead Bike: Guide the first runners. Rating: Active and enjoyable.
• Bigfoot Mascot: Wear the Bigfoot suit and cheer! Rating: The coolest and most fun position.

Course & Experience

All races are held on scenic local park and greenbelt trails—mostly paved with some crushed granite and dirt sections. Aid stations will be available throughout the course to keep you hydrated and supported.
