Event Overview

• Organizer: Maine Endurance Sports Alliance (MESA), a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
• Event: 3rd Annual Bangor Marathon – Full/Half/10K/5K – Running Festival.
• Date: Sunday, June 13, 2027.
• Location: 515 Main St, Bangor, ME, starting at 7 am at the corner of Main St and Dutton St.

Course Details

• USATF Sanctioned: Yes, with marathon certified (ME24008BK) and half marathon certified (ME24007BK).
• Full Marathon Route: Courses through Bangor to Broadway, with a turnaround in Kenduskeag.
• Half Marathon: Follows the full marathon path with a turnaround on outer Broadway after Pushaw Road.
• Maps: Available on our website or at this link.

Participant Information

• Time Limit: There is NO TIME LIMIT - we want you to reach your goal.
• Hydration: Participants can submit "BOTTLES" at the operations tent until 6:00 am.
• Vendor Area: Available at the finish line for participants and their guests.
• Parking & Lodging: Plenty of nearby parking, with affordable lodging and dining options.
