⏰ Important Dates and Times
- Last Day for Premiums: June 12
- Start Time: 6 AM for both distances
- Packet Pick-Up: Night before the race from 5:30 to 6:30 PM
- Morning Packet Pick-Up: Starts at 5:00 AM
🚫 Race Guidelines
- Cupless Race: No cups at any aid stations—purchase a collapsible cup for $4.
- Extended Cutoffs: 15 hours for both events.
- Weather Reminder: Expect extremely hot conditions: carry plenty of fluids.
- Switching Distances: Participants can switch from 50 miles to 50K mid-race without a DNF.
🏞️ Course Information
The course will feature some of the best single-track around Caesar Creek Lake with substantial elevation changes due to constant rollers.
- Start Location: Near the Redbud Shelter at the Visitor Center.
- Course Loops: 50-milers run 3 counterclockwise loops: 50k runners run 2.
- Course Revision: Slight changes to the 2024 course will be implemented.

🍽️ Aid Stations
We will have two manned aid stations at the start/finish and Buckeye Way Shelter:
- Food & Drink: Skratch, water, hummus avocado wraps, pickles, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pretzels, chips, fruits, and more.
- Drop Bags: Available only at the Visitor Center aid station.
- Unmanned Stations: Water available every 30 minutes, no cups provided.
- Assistance: If you need to drop out, stop at a manned aid station for help.

- No Littering: Please carry all trash to the next aid station.
- Switching Distance: Notify the RD if you change distances.
- Cutoffs: Enforced for safety: know your limits.
- Course Sweeping: Begins at 4:30 PM: stay ahead of the sweeper.
