Event Overview
Run and walk with purpose! Come join us to help support our brothers and sisters in Haiti - the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Funds raised from this event are used to help pay for teacher salaries, purchase school textbooks, lunches and clothing for children, support the local medical clinic, and more for the mountain community of Grand Boulage, Haiti.
Participation Details
- Event Type: Participants may register to run or walk 3.1 miles, and our Kids Fun Run is available for those 12 and under as well!
- T-Shirts: Free Tech T-Shirts guaranteed to 5K runners & walkers registered by Sunday April 5th.
- Awards: Overall male and female 5K winners will receive first place medals. The top 3 finishers in each male and female age division will also receive division medals.
- Age Divisions: Our age divisions are: Under 10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. All Kids Fun Run participants will receive a plastic participation medal.
Important Reminders
- Free Tech T-Shirt: Register for the 5K Run or Walk before our T-Shirt deadline on April 5 to receive your free tech T-Shirt!
- Free Kids Fun Run: Kids can enjoy our fun run for free and will receive a plastic finisher medal!
- Invite a Friend: Same-day registration will be available until 8:30 AM!
- Rain or Shine: The race is happening no matter the weather. It looks like a bit of rain is in the forecast, so bring a light jacket or rain poncho and your best spirit - a few sprinkles won’t stop this great event!
