E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on May 4th, 2025 at 7:00am at Quiet Waters Park, Deerfield Beach.
Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 3rd Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.
100% of proceeds will benefit the Pace Center for Girls, Broward.

Pace Center for Girls provides a safe and supportive environment for girls to build healthy relationships, plan for their future and overcome histories of trauma.

PACKET PICK UP:
- Friday: May 2nd, 4:00pm-7:00pm - at Runners Depot Coral Springs, 2806 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065
- Saturday: May 3rd, 10am-2pm - at Runners Depot Coral Springs, 2806 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065
- Race Day: Packet Pickup available beginning at 5:45am.

RACE DAY: Quiet Waters Park at the Bald Eagle Pavilion. 7:00am Start Time.

VIRTUAL RUNNERS: Thank you so much for your virtual participation. There is no virtual submission required.
