E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on May 4th, 2025 at 7:00am at Quiet Waters Park, Deerfield Beach.

Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 3rd Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.

100% of proceeds will benefit the Pace Center for Girls, Broward.

Pace Center for Girls provides a safe and supportive environment for girls to build healthy relationships, plan for their future and overcome histories of trauma.

Let's MOVE for Pace Center for Girls!

First 200 runners will receive a medal and a t-shirt!

📦 Packet Pickup

• Friday: May 2nd 4:00pm-7:00pm - at Runners Depot Coral Springs, 2806 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065
• Saturday: May 3rd 10am-2pm at Runners Depot Coral Springs, 2806 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065
• Race Day: Packet Pickup available beginning at 5:45am.

Race Day at Quiet Waters Park at the Bald Eagle Pavilion. 7:00am Start Time.
