Miles that Matter 5K

Join us at College of Saint Mary on May 2nd for the Miles That Matter 5K, a 5K run and 1K walk hosted by PA students in support of mental health awareness. Held during Mental Health Awareness Month, this event is dedicated to promoting wellness, resilience, and open conversations around mental health within our community and beyond.

Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, every step you take helps support mental health initiatives and reinforces the importance of caring for both physical and mental well-being. As future Physician Assistants, we believe meaningful change starts now by showing up for our patients, our peers, and ourselves.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Come move with purpose, support an important cause, and help us turn miles into impact.
