El Tour de Tucson and Run Tucson are excited to bring you the 3rd Annual El Tour 5K Run/Walk, in the heart of lively Downtown Tucson.
📅 Join the Fun
- Participants: We expect over 9,000 bike riders and 1,000 in the 5K.
- Dates: Mark your calendars for the exciting El Tour Expo & Fiesta festivities on Thursday, November 20 and Friday, November 21.
- Event Day: The bike and run occur on Saturday, November 22nd.
- Family Friendly: Perfect for the active family, with activities for all ages and abilities.
🏁 Race Details
- Course: The 5K course is open for walking or racing through the wide streets of Downtown Tucson.
- Awards: Overall winners and age-group winners receive gift cards to Fleet Feet Tucson.
- Start Time: The 5K will start at the El Tour start line at 7:15 am.
- Finish Location: The finish is back near the Convention Center, at El Parque de San Cosme.
🎪 El Tour Expo and Fiesta
The El Tour Expo and Fiesta is a 3-day expo leading up to the big day, featuring:
- Exhibits: Enjoy various exhibits and demos.
- Entertainment: Celebrity signings and live entertainment.
- Food: Food trucks will be available.
- Beer Garden: Visit the Dragoon Brewing Beer Garden!

🗓️ Planned Event Week Schedule
- Date: Casino del Sol Expo & Fiesta, Tucson Convention Center.
- Thursday: November 20, Noon – 8:00 pm.
- Friday: November 21, Noon – 8:00 pm.
- Saturday: November 22, 6:00 am - 7:00 am for packet pickup, with the expo continuing until 6:00 pm.
📦 Picking Up Your Packet
- Identification: Be prepared to provide your last name and assigned race number.
- Search: Use the "Find a Participant" feature to locate your race number.
- Patience: It may be crowded, so please be kind to volunteers.
🎟️ Event Day Schedule
- Packet Pickup: 6:00 am - 7:00 am at the Convention Center.
- Start Time: 7:15 am on Cushing Street.
- Finish: Location is El Parque de San Cosme, near San Cosme Chapel.
- Treats: Finish line treats will be provided by volunteers.
🏆 Awards and More
Finisher medals will be awarded to all finishers, and there will be music, activities, and a beer garden available after the race.
