Please Join us for our 3rd Annual Health to Better Living 5K and Fun Run. This run will benefit 4H members in Atchison County by helping cover the cost of 4H camp. Every year Atchison County sends many 4H members to Rock Springs 4H camp where they learn life skills and make lifelong memories.
Date and Location
- Date: August 8th, 2026
- Starting Location: Corner of William and 4th street in Effingham, KS
- Pick Up: Bib number and race shirt on August 6th in the Effingham Park, from 3-5 PM
- New Feature: Large digital timers to display race time!
Race Details
- 5K Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Fun Run Start Time: 7:05 AM (distance is approximately one mile)
- Entry Fee: $25.00 per person (register before July 15th to get a race day shirt!)
- Prize: CASH PRIZE for 1st and 2nd place for both the 5K race and the Fun Run!
