Race Proceeds

• Support for Veterans: 90% of our proceeds will go to our annual Veterans Day Program and 10% will be donated to a Veteran Non-Profit.

• Date: August 15th, 2026
• Start Time: 8:00 a.m.

Packet Pick-up

• Location: Packet pick-up will be available the evening before the race at the United Way Business Location (939 N. Trenton St., Ruston, LA 71270) from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, August 14th.
• Race Day Pick-up: For your convenience, race day packet pick-up will also be available starting at 7:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 15th at the race site.

Entry Fees

• Early Bird: $30 until midnight August 14th
• Race Day: $40

Race Divisions

• 5k Run/Walk
• 1.7 Mile Ruck Run/Walk

Awards

• Overall Winners: 1st Overall Male and Female
• Age Group Winners: 1st Male and Female in each of the following age groups for both divisions - 10-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71+

Show Your Pride!

• Military Attire: Participants are encouraged to wear attire representing their favorite branch of the U.S. Military.
• Branches: Whether it’s Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, or Space Force gear up and represent!

Post-Race Celebration

• Food Trucks: After race celebration featuring food trucks.
• Music: Enjoy live music post-race!
