No Boundaries, sponsored by Saucony, is Fleet Feet’s beginner-focused training experience designed to welcome new
runners and walkers into a supportive and inclusive community. The program meets
participants where they are and helps them build fitness, confidence, and consistency through
a structured progression from walk-run intervals to continuous running, supported by in-person
group workouts.
Participants are guided by coaches who provide education, accountability, and
encouragement throughout the journey. With two to three group workouts each week ( Tues 6 PM, Thurs 6 PM optional, Sat 7 AM), participants
develop routine and confidence while learning how to safely progress toward a 5K race.

First Workout - Tuesday, April 14th 6 PM
The goal for this group is to participate in The Big Run presented by Brooks on June 4, 2026.
