Event Overview

• Celebration: Come celebrate the 1st Annual Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k in celebration of Ostomy Awareness Day!
• Family Friendly: This event will include lots of fun and laughter, local vendors, food, music, and celebration.
• Charity Benefit: All proceeds benefit the United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc (UOAA) charity, a 501(c)(3) organization.

Create or Join a Race Group/Team

• Create: Once you’ve registered, you have the option to create a new race group/team.
• Join: You can also join one that’s already been established.
• Invite: Invite family, friends, and co-workers to register and participate.
• Team Setup: This is not a team fundraiser: to set up a personal or team fundraiser, please go to the donate button.

Fundraising

• Registration Refund: Raise $150 or more and your registration fee will be refunded!
• Importance: Funds help UOAA continue to provide resources, education, and advocacy for the community.
• Personal Fundraiser: Set up your own personal or team fundraiser when registering or through the donate button.
• Unique URL: Create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL to direct friends and family to join your team.

Fundraising Incentives

• Empower Level: $250+ in fundraising individually or as a team captain.
• Award: Fundraising award TBA.
• Champion Level: $450+ in fundraising individually or as a team captain.
• Combining Levels: Champion level fundraisers will also receive the Empower level fundraising award.
