Join us for the FIT FALL Halloween Harvest 5k/10K on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, at 3PM!

This event celebrates a beachside, fall run with a trunk or treat type of expo.

👻 Support Our Forces

• In-Person Event: This year’s event will support our armed forces and anything in uniform.
• Award Categories: Expect age division awards for the top three places in 5-year age spans.
• Experience: More than just a race, it's an experience filled with fun and community spirit.
• Boot Camp: Participate in our Halloween-themed expo featuring a boot camp!

🍬 Trunk or Treat Expo

If you love trunk or treats, join our expo vendors and sign up to park your decorated car at the race expo. Must arrive at 1:30 pm and be in place by 2pm. Registration opens at 2PM. Email carenfasttrack@:aol.com to reserve your spot. Bring at least 400 pieces of candy or product.

🏆 Costumes and Awards

• Halloween Fun: Join games, costume contests, and enjoy super fun selfies and awards.
• New Awards: Additional awards for best Halloween costumes and best themed in a uniform.
• Fast and Relaxed: Race for the competitive spirit or enjoy a relaxed and goofy costume run.
• Custom Medals: All participants will receive a brilliant custom finisher medal and a trick-or-treat bag at the finish!

🏅 Winter Series Medals

This event is part of the WINTER SERIES MEDALS. Complete any three of the Caren Ware Events in the FALL/WINTER and earn a 4th medal for free! Do this race along with two of the Thanksgiving races, Santa Claus with a Cause, or Run in the New Year to get your 4th medal.

🏁 Race Details

• Chip Timing: The race will be chip-timed by Itz About Time.
• Course: Enjoy a flat, fast-paved course with views of the ocean, located in Lot 25.
• Parking: Park in Sunset Beach and walk in, or enter Bolsa Chica State Beach ($15 per car, cash preferred).
• Carnival: Participate in the Halloween-themed Great Pumpkin Game Carnival and receive trick-or-treat bags at packet pick up.

📅 Day-of Information

All participants receive:

• RFID Chip Timing: Accurate timing for all participants.
• Age Division Awards: Compete for awards based on age groups.
• Custom Event Shirt: A hand-designed fall-themed t-shirt for all runners.
• Team Awards: Top 3 teams based on fastest combined 4 times.
• Uniform Contests: Awards for top overall, best Halloween outfit, and anything in a uniform.

Note: No early packet pick-up. Pick-up will be at the trunk or treat expo on race afternoon. Begins at 2pm, one hour prior to the start at 3pm.
