The Mental Mile Race Description
Event Overview
- Type: One-mile walk or Fully Automatic Timed (FAT) one-mile run for all fitness levels
- Course: Flat, no turns & extremely fast
General Information
- Aid Stations: Provided courtesy Dakota Roots
- Refreshments: Available at the finish area
- Walkers: Must use the sidewalks at all times. Strollers and wagons are welcome
Mental Mile Schedule
- Pre-registration: Strongly encouraged to assure quick & efficient check-in (Check-in with QR code provided and confirmation email)
- 8:00 am: Registration Opens (at parking lot by Holgate Tennis Courts)
- 9:00 am: Walk/Run Begins
- Awards Ceremony: Refreshments immediately following
Age Categories
- Categories: 17 & under, 18+ (age on race day)
Awards
- Medals: For 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for both males and females
Other Information
- Beneficiaries: Profits benefit H.U.G.S (Hope, Understanding, Grief, Support) and AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention)
