We are beyond excited to have you join us for the “Race Through the Decades – 5K for the Kids!”

Whether you’re walking in the park or running the course, we’re grateful for everyone who has said “yes” to being part of this special event. Thank you for supporting the mission of the Oblong Children’s Christian Home and the children who call it home.

Themed Costumes

This year, we’re taking a trip through time!

• Decades Theme: From the 50s to the 90s, we want to see your best throwback looks.
• Costume Ideas: Greasers, hippies, disco legends, 80s icons, 90s classics.
• Encouragement: Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded, so go all out!

• Location: 108 Legion Parkway, Oblong, IL
• Entry Fee: $30 (non-refundable)

T-Shirt Deadline: October 9 (guaranteed shirt)
Final Registration: Available through race morning

Awards will be presented following the race:

• Age Groups: 10 & under, 11–15, 16–20, 21–30, 31–40, 41–50, 51–60, 61–71, 72 & over (Male & Female in each group)
• Overall Winners: Overall Male & Female Winners
