LavaKids Aquathon is a swim/run event on the Saturday before the Lavaman Triathlon. It takes place in a protected lagoon at the Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort.
Race Details
- Short Course: For ages 7-10: 100 meter swim, 1k run.
- Long Course: For ages 11-14: 200 meter swim, 2k run.
- Keiki Dash: A 1k run for kids 6 and under.
Organization Mission
Lavakids is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. All event revenue goes to support youth development in sport in the local communities of Hawaii Island.
