• In Memory: Named after Gabriella Elise Torres, who battled DIPG.
• First of Its Kind: San Antonio's only 5K dedicated to DIPG awareness.

• Impact: Proceeds provide financial assistance and resources for families.

Entry Fees

• In-Person: $25 through March 31.
• Virtual Runner: $30 through April 17 for medal only.
• Child Registration: $20 for kids ages 0-14.
• Shirts: Available for an additional fee until April 17.

Packet Pickup

• Date: Thursday, May 14, location TBD.
• Friday: May 15 at Children's Cancer Support Center from 10 AM - 4 PM.
• Race Day: Saturday, May 16 starting at 6:30 AM.
• Note: Packets not picked up will NOT be mailed.

Race Day Schedule

• 7:55 AM: Welcome by GSF, introduce Emcee.
• 8:00 AM: Pre-Race Program starts.
• 8:10 AM: Prayer in memory of angels.
• 8:30 AM: Race starts.

Awards and Recognition

• Awards: Gift cards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.
• Age Groups: Awards for male and female finishers in multiple age groups.
• Chip Timing: Required to be eligible for awards.
• No Duplicate Awards: Each participant is only eligible for one award.

• Weather Policy: Event will go on rain or shine: no refunds for cancellations.
• Chip Timed: USATF sanctioned event with official timekeeping.
• Participants: All participants must adhere to event rules.
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be given if unable to attend.
