Event Overview

A fun and powerful event that brings our community together to stand—and now run—with survivors, sending a clear message that they are seen, believed, and never have to stand alone. This event raises both awareness and critical funds for Sexual Assault Services, a local nonprofit providing free and confidential support to individuals impacted by sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and all forms of sexual violence.

New 5K Addition

• Event Type: Timed 5K run through the beautiful trails of the Northland Arboretum.
• Community Response: Created in response to years of community interest in having a professionally timed run.
• Registration Fee: Helps cover the costs associated with timing and event logistics, ensuring a quality experience for participants.
• Support Mission: Still supports our mission while providing a quality experience.

Walk-A-Mile-In-Her-Shoes Event

• Timing: Participants and community members are invited at 10:30 a.m.
• Experience: A meaningful opportunity for men, women, and children to step into the shoes of survivors—literally.
• Participation: A variety of high heels will be available for those who want to participate.
• Bonus Activity: This walk is a bonus event after the run.

Flexible Participation
