Green Lake Road Race

📍 Location

• Address: 159 Lake Ave S, Spicer, MN
• Packet Pick Up: Zorbaz parking lot - look for tent
• Start of Race: Between Mel’s Sport Shop and the fishing access. Arrive 10 minutes early for pre-race meeting.

🏃‍♂️ Description

• Race Distance: 12 miles, can be completed individually or as 2-person/4-person relay.
• Start Time: 7am. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for the pre-race meeting.
• Bib Number: Must be attached to the front of your shirt just above the waist for optimal read-rate.
• Water Stops: Located at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 mile marks with Gatorade available upon request.

🚑 Course Support

• Vehicles: Two utility vehicles patrolling the course with extra water available.
• Refreshments: Available for each runner upon finishing.
• Results: Timed results will be available at www.pickleevents.com.
• Awards Presentation: Behind Zorbaz on the deck at an estimated time of 9:15 am.

🚌 Special Instructions for Relays

• Bus Service: Available for relays from Spicer Legion parking lot at 7:05 am.
• Drop Off: The bus will drop relay participants back to their starting points.
• Return Plans: If not using the bus, plan your return trip to the finish line or home.
• Exchange Points: Same locations as 2023 with restrooms and water available.

👕 Race Entry Includes

• Race Shirt: Guaranteed if registered by June 23rd.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Provided for all runners.

• 6am: Packet Pick Up - Zorbaz parking lot, look for the tent.
• 7am: Race Starts - arrive 10 minutes early for pre-race meeting.
• 7:05am: Relay bus departs to drop off relay participants.
• 9:15am: Estimated awards presentation behind Zorbaz.

👕 Runners Shirts

Runners pre-registered by June 23rd will be guaranteed their shirt size. After that date, shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

🏅 Divisions

Men: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 and 85+. Women: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 and 85+. Family: Average time for 2 runners of the same family. Relay Teams: 2-person, 4-person, no breakdown by gender or age.

🏅 Awards

• Top Awards: Medals for the top female and top male.
• Placement Medals: Medals for places 1-3 in each division.
