Join Us for the 20th Annual Sugar Run 5K!
Event Location: Wolf River Nature Area | Germantown, TN
Date and Time: Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 8 A.M.
Purpose: Sugar Run supports diabetes research through Breakthrough T1D while encouraging youth athletics.
History of the Sugar Run 5K
- First Event: The first Sugar Run held in 2006 had 37 participants and raised $2,500.
- Growth: Now, 20 years later, the Sugar Run has evolved with the help of faithful supporters.
- Goals: We share Breakthrough T1D's goal to eradicate Type One diabetes.
- Support: Therefore, the Sugar Run benefits Breakthrough T1D's Fund a Cure where proceeds are used for diabetes research.
