Event Overview

The 10k and 5k will take place mostly on the 8 Mile Creek Trail in Paragould, Arkansas.

Special Race

Returning in 2027 is the FASTEST KID IN TOWN RACE Sponsored by PMU with the Fastest Internet in Town.

• Registration Deadline: All registrations before May 1st will receive a FREE Loose Caboose Festival T-Shirt!

Race Details

• Half Marathon: Race begins downtown, behind the Greene County Courthouse.
• 10K: Race begins at Rotary Park at 8am and ends behind the Greene County Courthouse.
• 5K: Race begins at Rotary Park at 8am and ends behind the Greene County Courthouse.
• Shuttle Service: A shuttle will be provided to return racers from the finish line back to Rotary Park.

Fastest Kid In Town Race

• Race Start Time: Race begins at 9:30 am inside the festival grounds near Champions Gymnastics.
• Age Divisions:
  • 4 and under
  • 5-6 years
  • 7-8 years
  • 9-10 years
  • 11-14

Charity Information

All proceeds from the race will benefit the Paragould Chamber Foundation and the Greene County Future Fund. The races are a collaboration between the two entities.
