Hayward Musky-Fest

🎉 Event Description

The Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce is happy to invite you to join them for another Musky Fest 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run! This is a locally sponsored event starting at 8:30 am. Also, don't miss out on the FREE Minnow Run on Main Street & 3rd for all kids 12 years and under starting at 9:45 am!

The 75th annual Musky Festival is Hayward's largest community festival celebrating Wisconsin's Northwoods and our great fishing tradition. The weekend includes:

• Crowning: the Musky Festival Queen
• Activities: sidewalk sales, large handmade art and craft show, live music
• Fun for Kids: children's games, Minnow Run for those 12 and younger
• Events: catch and release fishing contest, carnival, large street dances featuring Midwest known music groups

The whole weekend concludes with the Grand Parade on Sunday down Main Street, which is a can't miss event.

⏰ Race Times

5K and 10K Races both start at 8:30 am sharp!

📝 Registration and Packet Pick

Registration includes Musky Walk/Run T-Shirt – Register by May 30 to guarantee your size.

• Packet Pick-up: (including race bibs) will be on Main Street Saturday, June 21st, 2025 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Race Day Registration: on the morning of Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 ($40.00) will be closed at 8:00 am
• No Refunds: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable

🏆 Prizes & Giveaways

Award ceremony will be immediately following the race, about 10:15 am.

• Top Finishers: Prizes will be awarded to the Top Male and Top Female finishers in each division
• Age Group Awards: Prizes will also be awarded for a variety of age groups.
