Overview:

• Fast Selling Spots: Spots sell out FAST! We close each wave the moment it fills.
• Private Group Run: This is a smaller, private group run with a capped field per wave so it never feels crowded.
• All Welcome: All paces and ages are welcome (under 18 with a guardian) - run it, walk it, however you like!
• Support: When you sign up, you're not just registering for a race - you're getting real support toward your fitness goals.

Timing:

• Optional Tracking: Track your own time via Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run, or similar.
• No Chips: No timing chips - this is about progress, not pressure.
• Coordinator Help: Just ask a coordinator to help time you.

What You Get (Swag Bag):

• Running T-shirt: Shipping to your address (U.S. only).
• Finisher's Medal: Receive a medal upon completion of your race.
• Virtual Training Run: Emailed to you a month before your run.
• Online Results: Online results & certificate of completion available.

Packet Pickup:

• Skip It: Your swag ships straight to your door.
• Double Check: Make sure your mailing address is correct when you register.
• Race Bibs: Race bibs are handed out on race day.

When Will My Swag Arrive?

• Arrival: Your shirt will arrive at your mailing address the week of your race.

Last Minute Sign Up:

• Shipping: Note that shipping may not catch up in time for your shirt to arrive before race day.
• Come Anyway: Wear whatever you like and come run with us!

Course Map and Details:

• Final Info: We'll send final participant info by the Wednesday before race day with all details.

Wave Times:

• Wave A: 7:30 AM
• Wave B: 8:00 AM
• Wave C: 8:30 AM

Running Late?

• Stay On-Site: Our coordinators stay on-site for 3 hours after the first wave.
• Check Email: Times may change, please check your participant info email.

Virtual Run Option:

• Own Time: Prefer to run on your own time? Our Virtual Run includes a digital training pack.
• Send Results: Send your results by email to claim your medal.
