My Best Day 5K and Kids' Dash

Event Overview

My Best Day 5K and Kids Dash is a fundraiser for the Jake Arntson Memorial Fund. Please join us as we celebrate the life and memory of Jake, as well as other local children and adults that have left us too soon. As we honor these families with their loved ones on Angel Avenue, we are raising funds for the Jake Arntson Teammate of the Year Scholarships. These scholarships are awarded to CMR, GFHS, and St. Patrick's Academy student-athletes that have displayed the qualities of being the best teammate.

Registration Details

• Online registration: Ends at midnight on September 19th.
• Same-day registration: Available starting at 11:30 at West Bank Park.

Welcome and Warm-ups

Welcome and Warm-ups begin at 12:45 where we will honor our Angels on Angel Avenue, sing the National Anthem and hear America the Beautiful.

Kids Dash

• Start Time: Begins at 1:00.
• Location: Gather at the Branch Brady statue at West Bank Park for a picture.
• Race Options: One lap (¼ mile) or two laps (½ mile).
• Prizes: The first boy and first girl to cross the finish line of the two laps (½ mile) will win a new bike donated by Scheels.

My Best Day 5K

• Start Time: Begins at 1:40.
• Course: All on the River's Edge Trail, looping around the river.
• Participants staging: At 1:30 at the finish line of the Kids Dash at West Bank Landing.
• Water/Aid Station: Available at the half-way point.

Event Location

The event will take place at 401 3rd St NW, Great Falls, MT.
