The Foothills Festival 5K returns on Saturday, October 17, 2026, kicking off one of Southern Kentucky’s favorite fall traditions! Join runners and walkers of all ages as we celebrate the annual Foothills Festival with a scenic 5K through the heart of historic Albany, Kentucky.
