Registration Details

• Mail-in Registration: Complete and return the Mail-in Registration Form by October 5, 2026.
• Virtual Race: Participate from any location. All virtual participants receive a custom finisher's medal and dri-fit tech t-shirt.
• Eligibility: Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. For inquiries, contact StartLine Racing.
• Pace: Run at your pace wherever you like, with race packets mailed the week following the event.

Participant Inclusions

• Finisher's Medal: Custom event finisher's medal for all participants.
• Tech T-Shirt: Custom event dri-fit tech t-shirt.
• Awards: Overall awards for the top three male and female finishers.
• Runner's Brunch: Pre- and post-race brunch with granola bars, fruit, and drinks.

• Race Day Info: Check-in begins at 6:00 AM at Freestone Park (race location).
• Registration Fee: $50 for race day registration.
• Accessibility: Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome. No roller blades, skateboards, or motorized devices allowed.

Packet Pick-Up Information

• Date: Packet pick-up on October 10th from 2-5 PM at Sole Sports in Gilbert (map).
• Race Day Pick-Up: Available starting at 6:00 AM on race day.
• Race Day Payment: Cash or credit card accepted on race day.
• Weather Policy: Event takes place rain or shine. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.

Event Schedule

• October 10, 2026: Packet Pick-Up from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Sole Sports.
• October 11, 2026: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup opens at 6:00 AM.
• October 11, 2026: Registration and Packet Pickup closes at 6:55 AM.
• October 11, 2026: 5K Run/Walk begins at 7:00 AM, followed by the Awards Ceremony at approximately 7:45 AM.
