RACE LOCATION

• Address: Forbidden Drive at the intersection of Thomas Road and W. Northwestern Avenue, Parking Lot #3

AWARDS

• Categories: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female.
• Age Brackets: 1st place in each age bracket.

ENTRY FEES

• 5-Mile Run: Early Bird Adult registration is $40.00 until 9/1/2026: Regular fee is $45.00 from 9/2/2026 through 11/19/2026.
• 1-Mile Fun Run: Early Bird Adult registration is $25.00 until 9/1/2026: Regular fee is $30.00 from 9/2/2026 through 11/19/2026.
• Children's Fee: Registration for ages 4-12 is $20.00: Children 3 and under race for free.
• Late Registration: After 11/20/2026 prices increase to $55.00 for the 5-mile and $40.00 for the 1-mile events.

DAY OF RACE

• Registration: Same day registration from 7:00 am - 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.
• Packet Pick-Up: Pre-registered packet pick-up from 7:00 - 8:30 am at the same location.
• Arrival: Expect a crowd and arrive early. Allow time to park and walk to the start line.
• Race Start: The Race starts at 9:00 AM: 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk starts immediately after the 5-Mile Run.

PACKET PICK-UP

• Date: Tuesday, November 24th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Face to Face, 123 East Price Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144.
• Date: Wednesday, November 25th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.
• Same Day Pick-Up: Thursday, November 26th from 7:00 am to 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.

AMENITIES

• Refreshments: Enjoy refreshments and music.
• Race Shirt: Race shirt will be provided.
• Prizes: Prizes will be distributed to participants.

RACE RESULTS

• Timing: Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Company.
• Results Access: Results can be found here or at http://www.brynmawrracing.com.

RACE SHIRTS

• Shirt Guarantee: Race shirts are guaranteed for participants who register before November 1, 2026.
• Pick-Up: Race shirts must be picked up during designated packet pick-up times.
• Sizing: Availability and shirt sizing cannot be guaranteed after 8:00 am race morning.

• Location: Free Parking available at Chestnut Hill College with overflow at Sugarloaf.
• Walking Time: Approximately a 10 minute walk from Chestnut Hill College and 15-20 minutes from Sugarloaf to the trailhead.
