Race Overview

Quantify your steps for a cause! UNICEF in Lake County is hosting a 5K Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, August 29th.

The location of our event is 651 Old Checker Rd Willow Stream Park, in Buffalo Grove IL.

Registration Includes

• Complimentary T-Shirt: All participants will receive a T-shirt.

• 5K and 1 Mile Loop: Participants can choose between the 5K Distance or a shorter, 1 Mile Loop.

• Park Path: Participants will be using the park's path.
• Community Festival: Enjoy food, sponsor booths, and interactive games for all attendees.
• Start Time: The race begins at 9:00 AM: arrive an hour early to check in.
• Benefiting UNICEF: All net proceeds from this event directly benefit UNICEF.

Race Day Schedule

• 8:00 AM-8:45 AM: Check-in, T-shirt Pickup, and Day-Of Registration opens
• 9:00 AM: Run Starts
• 10:15 AM-11:30 AM: Post-Race Events & Celebration

Post-Race Dining

After the event, head out to Culver's for lunch! When you dine-in, drive-thru, or carryout from Culver's of Buffalo Grove, Culver's will donate 25% of group sales! Just present this flyer—either digitally or physically—when placing the order.
