Event Overview

The Powerade Panama City Beach Marathon presented by Visit Panama City Beach will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2026 in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.

• Event Features: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids Fun Run
• Location: Race begins and ends in Pier Park
• After Party: Held at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville
• Amenities: Long sleeve shirt and medal for all finishers

Packet Pickup

Early Packet Pickup

Packet Pick Up will take place on December 4th at Dave & Buster's located in Pier Park. Runners are highly encouraged to pick up materials at early packet pickup.

• Time: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Race Day Packet Pickup

Race Day Packet Pick Up will take place at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Main Deck, located in Pier Park. No swag will be distributed during this time. Shirt Size not guaranteed on Race Day.

• Time: 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM
• Items Received: T-shirt & timing chip
• Note: Shirt Sizes are not guaranteed to runners picking up the packet on Race Day.

Race Details

• Marathon Start Time: 7:00 am
• Half Marathon Start Time: 7:30 AM
• 5K Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Kid’s Fun Run Start Time: 9:30 AM

Start/Finish Line is located north of Margaritaville on Pier Park Drive.

Awards Ceremony

Awards will start inside of Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at 11:30 AM.

• 10:45 AM: 5K Awards
• 11:45 AM: Half Marathon Awards
• 12:30 PM: Marathon Awards
• Note: Award times subject to change

Course Info

• Certification: Marathon and Half Marathon is a certified course.
• Finishers Medal: All Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K Finishers will receive a medal.
• Water Stations: Water and/or Gatorade will be on course at mile markers
• Course Safety: Course is not closed to traffic: please be aware while running.

After Party at Margaritaville

Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville will supply complimentary gumbo and beer for runners only. You must show your bib number to enter designated area.

• Time: Margaritaville opens to the public at 10:30 AM
• Discount: 15% off merchandise for runners, friends, and family

Registration Details

Registrations made after Tuesday, November 1, 2026, shirt size is not guaranteed. You may still register at Packet Pickup on Friday, December 4th, at Dave & Busters, if spots are open. If the event is SOLD OUT, you cannot register or change races at Packet Pickup.
