Race begins and ends at the Independence Civic Center,
6363 Selig Rd., Independence – Brecksville Rd., West on Selig and turn right onto Kathy Lynn Drive. The Civic Center is on the left-hand side. Parking is available at the site.

Registration/Packet Pick Up: 8:00am
Event Start: 5k Run and 1 Mile Walk- 9:00am

Pre-Registration

Deadline: By 9am on Friday, April 24 - $25.00
Family Rate: $70 for 4 people from the same address
Mail Deadline: All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, April 15, 2026

T-Shirt: Registration includes a t-shirt: register by April 12 to guarantee your shirt on race day!
Refreshments: Provided at the finish line.
Raffle Ticket: Included with registration.
Raffle Prizes: Local restaurants, movie theaters, and sponsoring companies.

You are able to donate through online registration or click on the link above for the print form. At the bottom of the form is a spot to fill in donations. Feel free to just fill that portion of the form out if you cannot register. You will mail to the same address listed for registration. Thank you!

Overall Awards: Top Overall Male and Female runners.
Age Group Awards: Top three in each age group.
Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

🌍 Virtual Run

Want to participate from out of town? You still can! Complete the 5K race or 1 mile walk on your own. Run or walk, outdoors or on a treadmill – you choose!

Submitting Results: If you would like to submit your 5K result, please click HERE! Deadline to submit times is Wednesday, April 29.
Invite Friends: Virtual event participants can live anywhere! Feel free to invite family and friends from around the country to join you.
Shirt Mailing: You will be mailed your shirt prior to race week if registered by April 5.
Photo Opportunity: We encourage you to wear your shirt and take photographs of your virtual run/walk.
