VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Volunteers are truly the heartbeat of our races, providing essential assistance and support to ensure the success of our events. Without their unwavering dedication and tireless support, our races simply would not be possible. Available Positions

What you’ll do:

• Pre-race packet pickup - handing out shirts and bibs
• Load-in and Load-out - assist with getting the venue set-up and broken down before and after the event
• Venue - helping with handing out food, medals, water, awards, and much more
• Registration - packet pickup on race morning
• Course monitors - directing runners, cheering, keeping the course safe
• Water stop - handing out water, hydration, and gels on the course
• Beer garden - Must be TABC certified, handing out beer at the beer tent
• Bike lead - ride in front of the first runner from start to finish

All final assignments will be given on site. Please be flexible as we need to fill all assignments to have a great event. Every person needs to sign up individually. If you have a group please sign up all separately for an accurate count.
