What is "The Hollow?"

• Magical Place: A magical place where the spirit of Christmas lasts forever.
• Foundation: Santa's Hide-A-Way Hollow began as a dream and was completed in 1992.
• Mission: The Mission of Santa's Hide-A-Way is to bring families together during a very difficult time in their lives.
• Experience: It provides a perfect setting for a visit with Santa Claus, no matter the date.

Event Details and Schedule

• Date: Join Us on August 1, 2026, at 15400 Bundysburg Rd, Middlefield, OH.
• Packet Pickup: Packet/bib pick up at 7:45 AM.
• Start Times: Reindeer Romp at 8:30 AM; 5K and 1 mile walk/run at 8:45 AM.
• Participants: All runners, walkers, wheelchairs, and strollers welcome. Service dogs only.

Race Features

• Course: Run through Santa’s Village.
• Reindeer Romp: For ages up to 5 years old (400 meters).
• Registration: Pre-registration only. Limit 250 participants; register by July 18th to guarantee a t-shirt.
• Special Incentive: Wear a red Santa hat/cap and be entered into a special Christmas drawing.

Awards and Donations

• Recognition: Age group awards and medallions for all finishers and more!
• Support: In addition to your pre-registration, a donation can be made to benefit Santa’s Hideaway Hollow the day of the race.
