Event Details
Calling all runners, walkers, little monsters, and Halloween lovers. Get ready for Burnaby’s annual Monster Dash 5K on October 31st, a fun-filled Halloween race where costumes, community spirit, and festive energy take centre stage.
Who Can Join?
- Runners and Walkers: Whether you are a seasoned runner or just in it for the fun, this event is the perfect way to celebrate the season.
- Costumes: Dress up, hit the course, and enjoy a memorable Halloween experience with family and friends.
- Kids: The Mini Monster Dash 400m is made just for children aged 10 and under.
- Location: Held on the track at Swangard Stadium, it is a safe, exciting, and playful way for little goblins, superheroes, ghosts, and monsters to join the fun.

- Swag Bag: Custom swag bag and finisher medals for all registered participants.
- Goodie Bag: Goodie bag and finisher medal for every Mini Monster Dash participant.
