Race Format
- 5K Participants: Decide which direction to run, either clock-wise or counter-clockwise.
- Course Dynamics: All participants start together and veer left or go straight on Day Island Road.
- Sight Interaction: Participants can see each other going in opposite directions midway through the course.
- 10K Strategy: Run the 5K loop twice, choosing the direction for each lap.
