Event Details

• Distance Options: 21K Run, 10K Run/Walk, 5K Run/Walk, 1K Free Kid's Run
• Family Friendly: Join us for a family-friendly Thanksgiving Weekend Run/Walk!
• Registration Fee: Includes Custom Race Swag, Chip Timing, Custom Race Medals, Draw Prizes, DJ onsite, Free Parking, Onsite Indoor Facilities, Indoor Post Race Food, & LOTS of FUN!
• Exclusive Bonuses: First 10 registrants receive a free TC Rotary Water bottle; Swag to first 700 runners or until quantities last!

Schedule

• Race Kit Pickup: Friday, Oct 9, 3 PM - 8 PM
• Race Day Late Registration: Saturday, Oct 10, 6:45 AM - 8:00 AM
• Kids 1km Fun Run: 9:00 AM
• Main Races Start: 9:30 AM

Course and Support

• Race Course: Maps and elevation information available on the race page.
• Support Duration: Half Marathon is supported for 3 hours. Please arrange additional support thereafter.
• Age Category Recognition: Prizes for top male and female runners in each age category.
• Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds due to weather or public health orders. Transfers between distances are allowed.

Weather and Safety

• Weather Safety: Event may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather.
• Registration Policy: Registration is non-refundable due to pre-purchased expenses.
• Bib Transfers: Bibs can be transferred to another participant until October 9, 9 AM (service fee applies).
